The event is in commemoration of the Ex Secretary General, Supreme Council for Sports in Africa, late Dr. Awoture Eleyea, as a special tribute for his contributions to sports in Nigeria and Africa at large.

Featuring: different categories of invitational relays for men and women, Triple Jump 4 by100m mix relays for secondary schools in Delta state and other clubs across the Nation.
