The Delta State Ministry of Health, has said that the accusations of fraud and other crimes against the Functioning Director of Nursing Services, Mrs Gloria Igumbor are unfounded.
A statement dated August 3, and signed by the Public Relations Officer in the Ministry of Health, Mr. Donald Ojebo said the attention of the Delta State Ministry of Health was drawn to a series of online publications from news outlets bearing unfounded accusations of “fraud” and other crimes against the person of Mrs Gloria Igumbor as the Functioning Director of Nursing Services, Delta State Ministry of Health.
The statement listed such online news outlets to Include Sahara Reporters, Imirroronline.com, and Hard Reporters, adding that their false accusations were attached to Mrs. Gloria Igumbor’s name on Google Search.
According to the statement, the purpose of the official response is to state unequivocally that the allegations against Mrs. Gloria Igumbor carried in the said publications were completely untrue and unfounded, as the Delta State Ministry of Health is unaware of any acts of official corruption established against Mrs. Gloria Igumbor as the Functioning Director of Nursing Services.
The statement advised the general public to ignore the publications and disabuse their minds of the unfounded allegations contained in the said publications.
