The State Governor, Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has approved the appointment of members of the Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council.

According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG),Dr. Kingsley Emu, the members are:
Prof. Sam Oyovbaire as Chairman, chief Dr. Chris Agbobu, Chief BSC Elue, Chief Nkem Okwuofu, Barr..Josephine Kachikwu , Alaowei Broderick Bozimo, High Chief Broderick Demeyeibo, Chief Mike Adiotomre JP, Hon. Anthony Akpomiemie, Chief Ignatius Agidi, Chief John Nwagimeje, Mr. Sam Igumbor, Chief Benson Iyama, Sir. Simeon Efenudu, Sen. Stella Unuezi Omu, Dr. Eddy Ugboma, Chief Emmanuel Onyenkwu, Rear Admr. Mike Onah Rtd, Chief Robert Onome, Mr. Frank Ajobena, Mr. Tony Monye, Mr. Philip bonye, and Dr Pius Sinebe
