The Permanent Secretary, Directorate Of Government House And Protocol, Governor’s Office, Delta State, Sir .Edwin Ogidi-Gbegbaje, has attested to the exceptional character and conduct of the Director of Nursing Services in the State Ministry of Health, Mrs. Gloria Igumbor.
