The Senior Special Assistant on Morals and Diaspora Affairs in Delta State, Amb. Dr. Favour J. Obakoro (aka Vida Modelo) has established Delta Chapter in Ghana .
The SSA is currently on a Shuttle Diplomacy across Africa and Europe to promote the More Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oberevwori
She will also visit Liberia, Kenya, Malaysia and other European countries as part of the shuttle diplomacy to promote the more agenda of governor Oberevwori
The shuttle is personally sponsored by the SSA, by virtue of her ‘Passion’
